Arvo Invest AS is a private investment company focusing on financial investments and real estate with a long term opportunistic approach. Financial investments include Norwegian and international equities, generally listed securities on a well recognised exchange. Only very occasionally will the company participate in unlisted issues, and if so, only in business areas well known by the management. Bonds and other interest bearing securities are normally only temporary in the portfolio.
Within real estate, the focus is on directly owned commercial property in Norway, preferably Eastern Norway and residential property in Hamburg, Germany. The company also has a portfolio of syndicated projects within commercial property.
We also do direct investments in ships with a longterm view.
